Career Coaching: The Next Chapter
The Next Chapter is a 6 session package for successful entrepreneurs and leaders in business who are ready to discover what will bring meaning, growth and possibility to their next chapter when money is no longer the main driver.
There comes a point in some successful careers when the question is no longer How do I achieve more? but What do I actually want next?
You may have built the business, led the company, reached the financial goals or achieved the level of success you once worked incredibly hard to attain. You’re proud of what you’ve created and grateful for where it has taken you. But you may also recognise that you don’t necessarily want to spend the next ten or twenty years doing more of the same.
This can be an exciting place to arrive, but also a surprisingly challenging one.
For years, progress may have been easy to recognise. There was another milestone to reach, problem to solve, skill to master or level of success to pursue. When many of those goals have been achieved, the measures that once provided direction and motivation may no longer feel as meaningful.
A different question begins to emerge:
If money no longer needs to be the primary measure of success, what would make the next chapter worth giving your time to?
Career Coaching: The Next Chapter creates the space to explore that question without the pressure to immediately find an answer.
Together, we look at what your work has given you beyond financial success: the growth, learning, challenge, identity, relationships, contribution and experiences that have shaped who you are. We explore what you want to carry forward, what you may be ready to leave behind, and what you would like more of in the years ahead.
The next chapter might involve another business, a new industry, investing, mentoring, creating, contributing, learning something entirely new or combining several different pursuits. It may also look nothing like the career you have just built.
The purpose isn’t to replace one ambitious goal with another simply for the sake of having something to chase.
It’s to consciously consider how you want to use your time, energy, experience and freedom now.
Your previous chapter helped shape who you are today. The next one can continue that growth, but on terms that reflect who you have become and what matters to you now.
